These terms govern your use of Scalewise and the associated website at https://apps.example.com/apps/scalewise. By downloading or using the application you agree to these terms.

1. License

Scalewise is commercial software. A valid license is required to use it beyond any stated trial period. Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

2. Permitted use

You may use Scalewise for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, sublicense, or redistribute the application without prior written permission from the provider named in the Imprint.

3. No warranty

Scalewise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The provider does not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk and maintain independent backups of any important data.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scalewise. Total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the provider's place of business, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Changes

The provider may update these terms. Continued use of Scalewise after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app's changelog or website.
